One of the largest residential developments proposed for Aspen, Pitkin County. It is to have seventy employee housing units and twenty-five large free market homes. All the units were placed in two highly density groupings to allow for lots of natural open space. Project was proposed to be located on a portion of the old Marolt Ranch just outside the gateway to Aspen.
